Giving from Israel

If you are an Israeli resident, a tax law treaty between Israel and the United States enables you to annually credit or deduct charitable contributions made to the University of Pennsylvania in the computation of your tax liability with the following caveat:

The amount of this credit or deduction cannot exceed 25% of US taxable source income.
