Israel - Helping Businesses in a Developing Economy

Now in its 28th year, Wharton's Global Consulting Practicum links Wharton MBA students with businesses in developing economies like Israel's in order to help them break into the American market.

Designed as a capstone class as well as a consulting organization, each Practicum course involves teams of close to 10 MBA students who work with the client company to develop strategic and tactical plans to meet their goals. A fully global experience, the teams also include students from WGCP's international business school partners.

With over 200 projects for clients that range from a women's cooperative that makes toys in Peru to a medical billing company in India under its belt, the WGCP is providing MBA students an extraordinary learning experience while generating innovative and effective solutions for companies all over the world.
